1 pkg. lime Jello
1 pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 carton cottage cheese
1 c. mayonnaise
1 sm. can evaporated milk
4 tbsp. horseradish
1 c. finely chopped nuts

Dissolve Jello in hot water, let stand until syrupy. Add pineapple. Blend cheese and mayonnaise until smooth and add to Jello mixture. Add all other ingredients and stir until mixture starts to congeal. Place in refrigerator overnight. Serves 12-16.
