LIME-COTTAGE CHEESE SALAD 
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. lime gelatin
2 1/2 c. boiling water
1 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 (1 lb.) can pear halves, drained and died
1/2 c. whipping cream

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Chill until gelatin begins to thicken; whip until light and fluffy. Fold in remaining ingredients. Pour into oiled 6-cup mold or 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf pans; chill until firm. Unmold onto crisp salad greens. Yield: 8 servings.
