BAKED PORK CHOPS 
4 to 6 pork chops (1 inch thick)
Bread crumbs, seasoned or plain
Prepared mustard
1 can cream of mushroom soup

Preheat oven to 325 degrees. Spread mustard on chops and coat thoroughly with bread crumbs. In small amount of oil, brown chops well on both sides. Mix soup with half a can of water. Place chops in baking dish and pour in soup mixture. Bake uncovered for 2 hours.
