LEMON SUPREME CAKE 
5 eggs, separated
1 box yellow cake mix
1 box instant lemon pudding
1 c. Wesson oil
1 c. water
1 tsp. lemon flavoring

Beat egg whites to form stiff peaks. Mix cake mix, instant pudding, Wesson oil, water, egg yolks and lemon flavoring. Fold in egg whites turn into tube pan. Bake at 325 degree for 45 minutes or until top springs back at touch.
