LEMON CAKE SUPREME 
1 box lemon cake supreme
1 box lemon Jello
3/4 c. cooking oil
3/4 c. water
3/4 c. sugar
5 eggs

TOPPING:

Juice of 3 lemons
2 c. powdered sugar
Coconut

Make well in center of cake mix. Add Jello, oil, water, eggs and lemon extract. Beat with electric beater and mix well. Pour in oblong pan (13 x 9 x 2 inches) and bake 35 to 40 minutes at 350 degrees; or until cake springs back. While cake is still warm, pierce cake top with a sharp fork. Mix topping ingredients until smooth. Spoon over top of cake. Sprinkle with coconut.
