24 - HOUR SALAD 
3 egg yolks
2 tbsp. sugar
Dash salt
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. pineapple syrup
2 tbsp. butter (butter)
1 c. whipped heavy cream
2 c. pitted white cherries
2 c. quartered marshmallows
2 c. pineapple bits
2 oranges, cut into pieces
1 jar maraschino cherries

Cook salt, egg yolks, sugar, vinegar, pineapple syrup and butter in double boiler until thick. Cool. Fold in whipped cream, white cherries, marshmallows, pineapple and oranges. Chill for 24 hours. Decorate top with orange sections and red cherries.
