HAZEL'S HOLIDAY SALAD 
2 c. pears, drained
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime Jell-O
1/2 pt. whip cream
2 sm. pkgs. cream cheese
2 tbsp. whip cream, whipped

Heat 1 cup pear juice; pour in Jell-O. Beat, and add cream cheese and whip cream. Let set until half firm. Mash pears and fold in whipped cream. Make sure pears are drained completely. Mix together and set in mold overnight.
