MISS HAZEL'S MISSISSIPPI EGGNOG 
6 egg yolks
6 egg whites, beaten stiff
1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped
1 c. granulated sugar
1 c. good sippin' whiskey
Freshly ground nutmeg

Whip yolks and sugar together, stir in the whiskey. Fold in the whipping cream; then fold in beaten egg whites. Dust top of eggnog with freshly ground nutmeg.
