SHRIMP-PASTA SALAD 
1 lb. fresh boiled and cleaned shrimp
2 lg. cucumbers, peeled and sliced
3 celery hearts, diced
1 lb. curly carrot and spinach macaroni, cooked
Salt
Pepper
Oregano
8 oz. bottle Ranch Dressing

Mix all ingredients together and chill. Serve with melon slices and blueberry muffins.
