FINGER JELLO 
5 packets Knox unflavored gelatin
2 1/2 c. cold water
2 c. cold water
2 (6 oz.) boxes Jello (pick your favorite)
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. cold water

Dissolve unflavored gelatin in the 2 1/2 cups cold water. Set aside.

Combine in pan, the 2 cups cold water, the flavored Jello and the sugar. Bring to a boil and remove from heat. Add Knox mixture to Jello mixture, then add 1 cup cold water. Pour into 9 x 13 inch pan and refrigerate for 2-3 hours. Cut with cookie cutters or into cubes, or other desired shapes.
