BARBECUED MEATBALLS | |
2 lbs. ground meat 1/2 c. cracker crumbs 1 tbsp. minced onion 1 c. milk 2 tsp. salt SAUCE: 1 1/2 c. ketchup 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/3 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. chopped onion Combine meat, cracker crumbs, minced onion, milk and salt and mix well. Shape into little balls. Put in 13x9 inch baking dish. Make sauce by combining ketchup, sugar, vinegar and onion. Pour over uncooked meatballs and bake in oven at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Serve over white rice. |
