PICKLE RELISH 
1 pkg. cucumbers
9 med. onions
8 green mango peppers
4 red mango peppers
4 to 6 c. sugar
1 qt. vinegar
1 1/2 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. mustard seed

Quarter up cucumbers and remove seeds. Cut up onions in quarters. Cut peppers in strips and remove seeds. Soak pickles, onions and peppers in salt water. Put 2 cups salt in water. Stir well. Let set 2 hours. Rinse. Put through food grinder. Drain juices from relish. Make syrup, bring to a boil. Add relish. Boil 10 minutes. Pack hot into sterilized jars and hot lids. No more processing needed.
