CHILE RELLENO PIE 
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1/4 tsp. oregano
1 garlic clove, minced
1 (7 oz.) can chopped green chilis
Salt
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese, grated
1/2 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1 c. half and half
1 tbsp. flour
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
Pepper

Brown meat and pour of grease. Cook with pepper, onion, oregano, garlic, salt and pepper. Spread green chilis on bottom of greased square baking dish. Cover with meat and sprinkle with cheese.
