HASH BROWN POTATOES 
32 oz. hash browns
Salt and pepper
8 oz. sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup, undiluted
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. chopped onion
1 c. grated cheese
2 c. crushed cereal

Put hash browns in long dish evenly. Salt and pepper to taste. Mix sour cream, soup, milk and onions. Pour over hash browns, then spread grated cheese over next, then cereal. Spread evenly over casserole. Pour melted butter over all. Bake 350 degrees uncovered, about 30 minutes or until brown.
