DONNA'S VEGETABLE CASSEROLE | |
1 can English peas, drained 1 can whole kernel corn, drained 1 can cream of celery soup 1/2 c. chopped celery 1 c. grated Cheddar cheese 1 stick butter 1 can French style green beans, drained 1 c. sour cream 1/2 c. onions 1/2 c. chopped bell pepper 1 box sm. cheese crackers, crushed Mix all ingredients, except crackers and butter; put in 2 quart casserole dish. Top with crushed cheese crackers and dribble with melted butter. Bake at 350 degrees until bubbly, about 30 minutes. |
