3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 c. oil
3 eggs
1 tsp. almond extract (a MUST)
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, undrained
Fresh whipped cream

Mix all together. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours. Let cool. Cover with fresh whipped cream. Angel food pan works best.
