ROSE'S HAMBURGER SOUP | |
1 lb. hamburger 1 lg. can vegetable beef soup 15 oz. can kidney beans 15 oz. can garbanzo beans 15 oz. white hominy 1 c. frozen or can vegetables (leftover) Brown meat and drain. Heat soup with 1 can water. Add cooked hamburger. Strain any canned vegetable. Add remaining ingredients. Adjust liquid by adding water. Heat to boiling. Serve with crackers, tortilla chips or bread and rice. |
