CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
1 c. sugar
1 c. butter
2 c. flour
2 eggs, plus 1 egg white
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream sugar, butter and eggs together. Add the dry ingredients. Spread 1/2 the mixture into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Cream the following ingredients together and spread over above mixture:

2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese
1 egg yolk
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Drop the remaining cake mixture by the spoonfuls on top of cream cheese filling. Mix together and sprinkle on top:

1/4 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 55 minutes.
