CREAM CHEESE COFFEE CAKE 
2 tubes crescent rolls
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 egg, separated
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla

Place 1 tube crescent rolls on bottom of a 13 x 9 pan. Mix cream cheese, egg yolk, sugar and vanilla.

Spread over rolls. Place 2nd tube of rolls over mixture. Whip egg white with fork, spread over top of rolls. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon (nuts optional). Bake for 30 to 35 minutes at 350 degrees.
