STRAWBERRY JAM 
1 3/4 c. crushed strawberries
4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 bottle Certo

Mix strawberries with sugar. Let stand 10 minutes. Combine lemon juice with Certo and add to fruit mixture. Stir about 3 minutes. Put in 5 scalded jars (8 ounces) or smaller. Let stand at room temperature for 24 hours until it sets. Put in refrigerator or freezer. Make sure screwdown top is on jar tightly. Makes about 5 (8 ounce) jars.
