STIR - FRY HAMBURGERS 
1-1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
2-3 green peppers
4-5 hot banana peppers
1 whole onion, sliced

Pattie out ground chuck into patties, put in skillet. Slice and dice green peppers and hot peppers and onions. Cook over medium heat until vegetables are soft and patties are browned. Goes great alone or as a sandwich or with fried potatoes.
