1/2 c. water
2 tbsp. sugar
1 can condensed milk
1 can homogenized milk
5 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1 (6 oz.) bar cream cheese

Put water and sugar in saucepan, bring to a boil until caramelized. Pour immediately into a double boiler. Combine remaining ingredients in a blender. Blend a few seconds until creamy. Pour over caramelized sugar in double boiler. Cook on stove 1 1/2 hours on medium heat or until firm. Refrigerate 1 hour and serve. You may serve warm if you like.
