1 c. flour
1/2 c. salt
2 tsp. cream of tartar
1 c. water
2 tbsp. oil
Food coloring

Mix flour, salt and cream of tartar in large pot. Stir in water, oil and food coloring. Cook over medium heat until ball forms. Cool and knead. This play dough is soft and does not fall apart.
