BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 1/2 sticks butter, melted
8 slices bread
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
5 eggs
2 c. milk
Dash of paprika
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 soup can of milk

Pour melted butter in 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Tear bread into small pieces and spread over melted butter in baking dish. Sprinkle grated cheese over this. Beat eggs, milk, and paprika together and pour over the bread pieces. Cover dish and refrigerate overnight. In morning dilute the soup with milk and pour over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
