BREAKFAST CASSEROLE 
1 lb. bulk sausage, cooked & drained
1 can whole kernel corn
4 hard boiled eggs
1 c. bread crumbs

WHITE SAUCE:

1/4 c. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tbsp. pepper
2 c. milk

Slice 2 eggs into casserole dish. Cook white sauce until thick and bubbly. Put corn and sausage into casserole dish. Slice the remaining 2 eggs on top. Sprinkle top with bread crumbs. Bake at 375 degrees for 30 minutes or until brown.
