CHICKEN PARMIGIANA 
Chicken breasts
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/2 c. grated Parmesan cheese
1 lg. egg, beaten
1/4 c. olive oil
16 oz. spaghetti sauce
1 lg. clove garlic, crushed
1 tsp. oregano
8 oz. Mozzarella cheese
Pasta
2 tbsp. parsley

In shallow bowl, combine bread crumbs and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese. Dip chicken into egg then coat with crumbs. Saute in oil until golden brown and remove to plate. (This will make your house smell awful, don't try this recipe if you are pregnant). Put sauce, garlic and oregano into 13 x 9 inch pan. Add chicken. Cover loosely with foil and bake 40 minutes at 350 degrees. Remove foil, top with Mozzarella and remaining Parmesan cheeses. Bake until browned and bubbly. Toss pasta with 1 tablespoon olive oil and parsley. Serve.
