RED CABBAGE SALAD 
2 c. red cabbage, coarsely chopped
1/4 c. shredded lettuce
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped fine
1/4 c. diced celery
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
Few drops of lemon juice
Salt to taste
Salad dressing
Optional: hard-cooked eggs

Mix vegetables with salt, lemon juice, and favorite dressing, tossing lightly with a fork. Chill.

Decorate with wedges of hard-cooked eggs, if desired.
