FRESH PEACH PIE 
1/4 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1/2 c. unsweetened white grape juice
1 1/2 c. mashed fresh peaches
3 c. sliced fresh peaches
Crunchy Whole Wheat Pastry Shell

Combine sugar and cornstarch in a medium saucepan; stir in grape juice and mashed peaches. Bring to a boil; reduce heat, and simmer about 5 minutes or until mixture is thickened, stirring constantly. Set aside to cool.

Place sliced peaches in Crunchy Whole Wheat Pastry Shell. Spoon cooled peach mixture over sliced peaches; chill thoroughly. Yield: 8 servings, about 195 calories per serving.
