COOKED FROSTING 
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. milk
1/2 c. butter
1/4 c. Crisco
1/2 c. sugar
3 to 5 tsp. vanilla

Cook 2 tablespoons flour and 1/2 cup milk; refrigerate. Beat until fluffy 1/2 cup butter, 1/4 cup Crisco, and 1/2 cup sugar. Add 3 to 5 teaspoons vanilla. Mix all ingredients together; beat for 5 minutes.
