NO COOK FROSTING 
1 box powdered sugar
1 stick butter or 1/2 c. Crisco
2 egg whites (in separate bowls)
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Must use mixer to make this icing! Whip butter or Crisco (use Crisco if you desire white frosting) until creamy. Beat or stir in 1/2 to 3/4 of the box of powdered sugar. Beat in one at a time egg white with dash of salt. Repeat. Beat in at high speed remaining powdered sugar.

This can be tinted easily. Add cocoa for a malt chocolate flavor.
