SOUR CREAM PIE 
1 graham cracker pie crust or regular pie crust, baked
1 (16 oz.) carton sour cream
1 sm. instant vanilla pudding mix, sugar free
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, in own juice, drained

In a bowl combine sour cream, pudding mix and pineapple by hand only. Put the pudding mix in last. Chill mixture 3 hours after pouring into the pie crust.
