VENISON STEW | |
4 carrots, sliced 3 potatoes, chopped 2 lb. 1" venison, cubed 1 c. beef consomme 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. onion flakes 1 stalk celery, chopped 1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained Combine carrots, potatoes, venison, consomme, salt, onion flakes, celery and mushrooms in crock pot; mix well. Cook on low for 10-12 hours. Yield 4 servings. |
