BEEF OR VENISON STEW 
2 qt. water
4 lb. stew meat
4 c. chopped onion
8 med. potatoes, peeled & diced
16 med. potatoes, peeled & diced
3 pt. string beans
6 stalks celery, cut up
2 qt. tomatoes
1 c. tapioca
Lawry seasoned salt
Pepper

Combine all ingredients in kettle and simmer for 2 to 3 hours. Makes 8 quarts.
