SOUR CREAM CAKE 
BATTER:

1 stick butter
1 c. white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 pt. sour cream

NUT MIXTURE:

1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. chocolate chips
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. white sugar
1 tbsp. cinnamon

Beat eggs, butter, and sugar. Sift flour, baking powder, soda, salt. Add flour mixture and sour cream alternately by spoonfuls to butter mixture. Grease and flour fluted tube pan. Start with layer of batter and alternate with nut mixture, ending with nut mixture. Bake 65 minutes in 350 degree oven.
