BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
4 slices of cheese
2 pkg. frozen broccoli
4 eggs, hard boiled
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Ritz crackers, crushed

Boil eggs. Boil broccoli. Lay broccoli in bottom of greased casserole dish. Cover with mushroom soup, no water. Dice eggs on top of soup. Cover with sliced cheese. Add Ritz crackers to cover cheese.

Bake at 350°F until bubbly.
