CHICKEN POT PIE 
1 chicken, cooked, meat stripped from bone
5 potatoes, sliced thick
3 onions, sliced thick
Pastry squares
Salt and pepper
Broth

Place layers of chicken, potatoes, onions, pastry; ending with a layer of pastry. Add broth (water) to cover, (half way). Cover and cook until all is tender. Very good!

PASTRY:

1 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten

Sift flour and salt. Make well in center; add eggs, blend well. Knead dough on floured surface, cover, let stand 30 minutes. Roll thin as possible. Allow to partially dry. Cut into 2-inch squares.
