CRANBERRY JELLO MOLD 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. raspberry Jello
1 tall can whole berry cranberry sauce
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1/2 c. burgundy wine
1 sm. can mandarin oranges
Cranberry juice

Melt Jello in 1 cup boiling water. Add cranberries and stir until well blended. Add pineapple. Strain oranges, set fruit aside and add enough cranberry juice. To orange juice to make 1 cup, add juice and wine to mixture. Chill until thick but not set. Fold in orange segments and turn into glass bowl. Chill until set. Serves 12.
