TRANSPARENT PIE 
1 c. butter, melted
1 (16 oz.) pkg. light brown sugar
5 eggs
2 unbaked (8 in.) pastry shells
Whipped cream (optional) sweetened

Combine butter and sugar, mixing well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Pour into pastry shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes. Cool. Top with whipped cream if desired.
