SAUSAGE CASSEROLE 
1 lb. hot sausage (cook until browned)
2 packs Lipton chicken noodle soup mix
3/4 c. white rice
1 c. chopped onion
1 c. chopped bell pepper
1 c. chopped celery

Boil 4 1/2 cups of water. Add soup mix, rice, onions, bell pepper, celery for 7 minutes. (Do not drain.) Add cooked sausage to the above, mix well. Pour in casserole dish. (Spray dish with Pam.) Sprinkle paprika on top. Cook, covered with foil for about 1 hour at 325 degrees.
