MARINATED BROCCOLI SALAD | |
2 lg. bunches broccoli 1 med. onion 1/4 head cauliflower 1/2 c. pickles 1 c. mayonnaise 1/4 c. sugar 2 tbsp. vinegar 12 slices crisp, fried bacon Finely chop first 4 ingredients; crumbled bacon. Combine broccoli, onion, bacon, cauliflower, and pickles in large bowl. Blend mayonnaise, sugar, and vinegar in small bowl. Add dressing to vegetables, mixing well. Marinate for 2 hours or longer. Yields 6 servings. |
