CHICKEN BURGERS | |
1 sm. (tuna sized) can chicken (5 to 6 oz.), DRAINED 2 slices white bread 1 egg 1 med. carrot, shredded 2 tsp. grated onion Break bread into medium bowl. Small pieces. Add other ingredients. Shape into 3 or 4 patties. Heat 1 tablespoon oil in skillet. Cook 5 minutes on each side with low fire. |
