LOW CAL STUFFED PEPPERS 
8 med. peppers
1 lb. ground beef
1/4 c. onion
1 1/2 c. croutons
2 oz. shredded mozzarella (1/2 c.)
2 med. tomatoes
2 oz. chopped mushrooms
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tsp. salt

Parboil peppers in boiling salted water for 5 minutes. Drain. Sprinkle inside with salt. Brown hamburger and onion; drain. Stir in rest of ingredients except mozzarella cheese. Stuff peppers. Bake, covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Uncover, sprinkle with cheese. Bake 5-10 minutes more. (Only 212 calories per serving.)
