COCONUT CREAM DELIGHT 
1 c. flour
2 tbsp. sugar
1 c. nuts
1/2 c. butter
1 c. toasted coconut
1 c. powdered sugar
1 c. Cool Whip
8 oz. cream cheese
3 c. milk
3 sm. pkgs. coconut cream pudding
3 c. milk

Mix flour, sugar, butter and nuts. Press lightly in 13"x9" pan. Bake in 350 degree oven.

Mix together powdered sugar, Cool Whip and cream cheese. Spread over cooled crust. Mix pudding with milk and cook; cool completely. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Spread Cool Whip over this, then sprinkle with toasted coconut and nuts.
