BANANA-COCONUT ROLLS 
4 ripe bananas, peeled and cut in 1 inch cubes
1/2 pt. sour cream
1 tsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. honey
Coconut, flaked or toasted

Mix sour cream with lemon juice and honey. Coat bananas with sour cream mixture. Roll bananas in coconut. Serve on toothpicks or bamboo skewers.
