QUICK TOMATO SPICE CAKE 
1 pkg. spice cake mix
1 tsp. baking soda
1 can condensed tomato soup
1/2 c. water
4 eggs

Combine all ingredients. Beat 2 minutes on high. Bake in tube pan for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.

CREAM CHEESE FROSTING:

1 stick butter
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chopped nuts or coconut
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 box 4X sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese. Add vanilla and sugar. Mix well. Add nuts and spread on cake.
