PECAN PIE BAR 
CRUST:

1 pkg. yellow cake mix (less 2/3 c.)
1/2 c. melted butter
1 egg

Grease bottom and sides of 13x9 pan. Combine above and put into pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.

FILLING:

2/3 c. cake mix
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 1/2 c. corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
3 eggs
2 1/2 c. pecans

Combine and beat all above. Add 2 1/2 cups pecans. Pour over hot crust. Return to oven for 30 to 35 minutes or until filling is set.
