MOTHER'S CREAM PUFFS | |
4 eggs 1 c. flour 1/2 c. shortening 1 c. water Bring water and shortening to a boil. Add flour, stir, let cool. Beat eggs until thick, add to flour mixture. Combine thoroughly. Drop by tablespoon on cookie sheet. Bake 450 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Turn oven off--leave in oven for 10 minutes with oven door open. Fill with pudding. |
