CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
Grease 9 x 13 inch pan. Layer with sliced Cheddar cheese. Layer with sliced chilies (1 large can and 1 small can of whole Ortega green chilies or 18 ounce diced). Mix 2 eggs, 4 tablespoons flour, and 1 can of canned milk in a separate bowl and mix together. Pour this mixture over the mixture in the pan. Layer with sliced Monterey Jack cheese. Dab with tomato sauce or red chili sauce (optional). Bake at 350 degrees for 1/2 hour or until done.
