CHICKEN WITH GOLDEN MUSHROOM
GRAVY
 
2 fryers
1 1/2 c. flour
Salt
Pepper
2 cans golden mushroom soup
Water

Cut up chicken into serving pieces. Wash and pat dry. Add salt and pepper (to taste) into flour. Coat chicken with flour mixture. Fry until well done and golden brown. Place chicken into a 9x13 inch pan. Mix 2 cans of soup with 1 can of water. Pour over chicken. Bake in a 375 degree F. oven for about 30 minutes.
