MEXICAN CORNBREAD 
1 1/2 c. yellow self rising corn meal
1/2 c. self rising flour
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
2 eggs
1/3 c. cooking oil
1 c. sweet milk
1 can cream style corn
1 chopped onion
1 chopped bell pepper
1 c. grated cheese

Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes.
